We advise lenders and borrowers on the financings that move Kuwaiti business, from bilateral and syndicated facilities to project, real estate, and acquisition finance, as well as Islamic (Sharia-compliant) structures. We act across the deal: structuring and documenting facilities, taking and perfecting security, advising on Central Bank of Kuwait regulation, and managing refinancings, restructurings, and recoveries when circumstances change.
